This first of its kind private brewery and brew pub is situation in the center of Downtown Nassau and spans from Bay Street to Woodes Rogers Wharf, occupying 6 historic structures. To house the brewery equipment, the 3,000 square foot cut stone warehouse from the mid 1800's was selected. Having the need for a concrete floor slab, all of the salvageable floor joists and boards were carefully removed and repurposed to create the coffered ceilings, stair case, verandah decking and the bar in the pub as well as shelving and furniture in the boutique.
