Templeton

Designed in 1996 as an expansion to the Templeton Foundation Headquarters building after their merger with Galbraith & Hansberger, the task was to produce a modern expansion of 2 times the square footage of the existing facility while being sensitive to the original structure. This was accomplished by creating a connecting link and matching the classical detailing and introducing modern accents, allowing the transition to appear seamless. This award winning facility was the second building to be modeled in 3D in The Bahamas. Lead designer, Jason Lorandos while working with Alexiou & Associates.
